We truly want to provide the best experience to our customers so our number one priority is to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience. 

Can I return my item(s)? 

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer 30-day returns for all customers, please note that a return shipping fee is customer responsability. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
• All earrings must be in original and unopened packaging.

All below items are non-returnable:

• Worn earrings. 
• Gift cards.

Can I make an exchange?

We offer a 30-day exchange on all eligible items. Please have your order confirmation email or order number. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed above.

Beautiful Earth Guarantee:
We offer warranty to all of our jewlery, this means 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll replace your item if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs.This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done after purchase.

When will I receive my refund? 
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
